Situated on the countryside its still just 2 km (little more than a mile) from the lively Spanish village Riogordo, and less than 40 min from Malaga Airport. The big Lake, Viñuela is 20 min and the beaches of Torre del Mar is a 40 min drive.

The house built in 1994 is fully modern and recently had solar power panels with a 5 kWh accumulator battery installed for "free" electricity.
